Main tasks and jobs:

​We provide engineering services to construction and real estate market players. We manage high-rise construction projects, and manage the construction of industrial and logistics properties.

The tasks of our new project manager colleague, in cooperation with technical directors and construction manager colleagues, will be the following:

• Perform business preparation tasks, develop price quotes.

• Perform construction preparation tasks, conduct subcontractor tenders, tender negotiations, prepare contracts.

• Prepare project schedules, compile project budgets and keep them up to date.

• Manage construction work in accordance with legal and contractual conditions, manage E-Diary.

• Manage the technological implementation of ongoing work and control its quality.

• Check and maintain technical documentation in the system.

• Prepare project monitoring reports, manage cooperation negotiations.

• Communication with the Builder - partly in English, in person or via video calls.

Job expectations

• ​Civil engineering or architectural engineering degree.

• Negotiable English language skills

• Our work is carried out nationwide, with headquarters in Budapest III. District, so flexibility in terms of the place of work and willingness to travel are required.

• We need a reliable, collected, determined colleague who does his work independently, seeks and finds solutions.

​It is an advantage to fill the position

• ​Technical Inspector and Responsible Technical Manager qualifications, or the desire to obtain them.

• Construction experience on the general contractor or implementation side.
