Technical Supervision

As the client's on-site representative, we oversee construction quality in accordance with Government Decree 191/2009 (IX. 15.), ideally from land acquisition and no later than the conclusion of the construction contract.

The appointment of a technical supervisor is mandatory in the following cases:

Construction is carried out by more than one main contractor.
The project is subject to the Public Procurement Act.
The project has been designated as being of major importance to the national economy.
Construction affects a listed heritage building.
A construction payment escrow agent is involved.
