Construction management, Lead technical management
With our experienced project manager and site manager colleagues we take on technical management of building and infrastructure construction.

Technical supervision
By technical supervision we don’t mean just checking quality reports done by the subcontractors.
We examine, document ourselves at each stage of the contruction. All this is a clear, transparent way.

We not only check quality and time schedule after the work is done: we make sure everything goes just how You visioned it.
Technical Due Diligence and Feasibility Study
We carry out a site survey prior to land acquisition and development to check the building parameters and regulations in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulatory plan.
We investigate and provide guidance on utility provision.
We identify relevant preparatory activities required for the development of the property.
We analyse and assess risks, prepare our Clients' decisions on land acquisition.
Design services
We design industrial buildings, logistics centers, offices and commercial buildings.

You can count on the experience and smooth cooperation of our architects and design engineer colleagues of other disciplines – from the first concept through permit management and tender design stage till execution design.
HSE Management
We cannot think of anything more important than safe work environment. We effectively make collegaues and subcontractors understand this, because if affects everybody, including the ones who wait for us to come home.

We take on HSE Management of construction works according to 4/2002. (II. 20.) SzCsM-EüM regulation, from the beginning of design works until the end of construction.
