​We provide engineering services to construction and real estate market players. We manage high-rise construction projects, and manage the construction of industrial and logistics properties.

The tasks of our new colleague during the construction of industrial and logistics hall buildings, in cooperation with technical directors and project managers, will be the following:

• On-site management of the technological implementation of ongoing construction, continuous quality control of the work and compliance with quality-related expectations

• Checking and maintaining technical documentation

• Performing coordination and organizational tasks on the construction site

• Maintaining contact with the Builder's representatives on the construction site

• Preparing project monitoring reports and cooperation protocols

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or building construction technician

• Our work is carried out nationwide with headquarters in Budapest III. District, so flexibility in terms of the place of work and willingness to travel are required

• We need a reliable, collected, determined colleague who does his work independently, searches for and finds solutions

• Technical Inspector and Responsible Technical Manager qualifications, or the desire to obtain them.

• Construction experience on the general contractor or implementation side.
